I følge Los Angeles Daily News er Mötley Crüe-trommeslager Tommy Lee sitt enorme herskapshus i Calabasas, California, USA nå blitt lagt ut til salg for 4,599 millioner dollar (ca. NOK 47,5 millioner).
Herskapshuset ble i 2016 forsøkt solgt for en prisantydning på 5,995 millioner dollar (ca. NOK 62 millioner). Salgsprisen er dermed redusert medca. – NOK 14,5 millioner. Eiendommen er på nesten 10 000 kvadratmeter som ligger på en åsside i en bevoktet blindvei. Herskapshuset inneholder blant annet et profesjonelt utstyrt innspillingstudio, kino-rom (screening-room) med konsesjonsbar og eget vinsmakingsrom. Stue-, spisestue- og familierommene vender ut mot et sentralt atrium med tropiske trær og løvverk, en koi-dam og et stein-spa under skyhøye uttrekkbare glasstak. I hovedetasjen finnes en master suite, et stort walk-in garderobeskap, bad i spa-stil og direkte tilgang til bakgårdsbassenget og spaet som vender ut mot den vidstrakte utsikten over byen. Andre funksjoner på eiendommen inkluderer et gourmetkjøkken, stort kontor som åpner til en privat terrasse og en innebygd grill utendørs.

Huset stammer fra 1987, samme år som Lee og hans Mötley Crüe-bandkamerater ga ut sin firedoblede platinaselgende “Girls, Girls, Girls.” Lee var på den tiden gift med skuespiller Heather Locklear.
