David Gilmour (Pink Floyd) offentliggjør nå via egen pressemelding at han sammen med rekke store artister skal delta på en episk hyllest av musikken til rockelegenden Peter Green (Fleetwood Mac) som arrangeres av Mick Fleetwood i 2020 der alle inntekter skal gå til Teenage Cancer Trust.
Mick Fleetwood sier følgende:
“The concert is a celebration of those early blues days where we all began, and it’s important to recognise the profound impact Peter and the early Fleetwood Mac had on the world of music«
“Peter was my greatest mentor and it gives me such joy to pay tribute to his incredible talent. I am honoured to be sharing the stage with some of the many artists Peter has inspired over the years and who share my great respect for this remarkable musician.”

Den episke og spektakulære konserten skal gjennomføres 25. februar 2020 ved The London Palladium som er et av West Ends største og mest kjente teatre med over 2 200 seter.
Teateret ligger i Argyll Street like ved Oxford Circus i London.
